Assisting and serving customers. Helping with processing stock (E.G sorting, ironing, pricing and handling of donated items)
Providing support and guidance to the service users who attend. Helping them to gain confidence in their own abilities and assisting them in learning new skills.
Skill & Qualifications Required
Experience of customer service would be an advantage but training will be provided. Good communication is essential as well as the ability to work as part of a team and with the general public.
A commitment to developing the knowledge, understanding and general well being of our service users. An understanding of learning disability and associated conditions is desirable but not essential.
