Rotary Games 2017

25th January 2017

Rotary Games 2017

For the third year running the 2017 Rotary Games will be held at the Pods Leisure Centre in Scunthorpe on Sunday 2nd April 2017.

The coach leaves CASE at 7.45am, returning back to Charles Street for about 6pm.

The event is run by local Rotary Clubs from across the region who get together to organise the games.

The games are a full day of challenging and fun events for people with many different forms of disabilities, events on offer to the Trainees include Darts, Snooker, Archery, Rifle Shooting, Boccia, Kurling, Weight Lifting, Table Tennis, Swimming 1 or 2 lengths and Wheelchair Dash and Slalom.

A packed lunch is always provided free from the Rotarians for all those taking part in the games. It is always s a really good day out for all those involved from the trainees through to the staff working on the day.

Many times CASE has been lucky enough to return with medals and awards.

Good luck to all those taking part again this year.
