To help trainees in a range of activities. You should have patience and enthusiasm. You must be able to support people with learning disabilities. You must be reliable, honest and trustworthy.
Skill & Qualifications Required
Experience of customer service would be an advantage but training will be provided. Good communication is essential as well as the ability to work as part of a team and with the general public.
A commitment to developing the knowledge, understanding and general well being of our service users. An understanding of learning disability and associated conditions is desirable but not essential.
