Sport, Walking Club & Yoga
CASE hold various sporting activities including badminton, cricket and boccia every week at different local sports venues. These supportive and encouraging sessions aim to inspire and are open to all ages and abilities. Our sporting activities change regularly to ensure there is always something that appeals to everyone.
Our walking club has been developed by trainees who wanted to get fit and active. In the spring, summer and early autumn, trainees choose a walking route and enjoy time outside in the fresh air whilst benefiting from increased fitness and group interaction.
Our yoga classes provide a relaxing and therapeutic activity for our trainees and are very popular, particularly for those who would normally decline sporting activities. Our classes involve full yoga poses carried out on a mat, as well as chair-based movement, depending on the physical ability of the individual.
