Governance of CASE is carried out by a Board of Trustees.
The Board meets approximately four times per year to coincide with important times in the planning and reporting cycle. The CEO acts as secretary and advisor. The Board concentrates on planning for the future and positioning CASE so that it can continue to meet the needs of all our stakeholders on a continuing basis.
