Our Catering programme provides trainees with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment. It’s designed to help trainees build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and develop practical abilities in customer service, food hygiene, and managing transactions—essential skills for any workplace.
We prioritise cooking with fresh, local ingredients, including produce grown by our trainees on the CASE allotments. From preparing meals from scratch to serving customers at lunchtime, trainees gain a strong sense of achievement and pride in their work.
CASE is qualified to deliver accredited Hospitality & Catering training up to Level 2, with modules covering:
- Food Preparation & Cooking
- Customer Service
- Food Hygiene
- Serving Drinks
- Introduction to Hospitality
These skills not only open doors in the hospitality industry but also empower trainees to cook confidently at home, preparing nutritious meals from scratch and supporting their independence.
