The Trainees have been making cool tangram animals & people! A tangram is a traditional Chinese puzzle. It contains 7 shapes that can be moved to form many designs: two big triangles, one medium triangle, two small triangles, one square, and one parallelogram! How clever?!
The puzzles encourage the mental rotation of objects and the flipping of shapes. It’s not easy and really tested the learners’ patience at times. We think they did FANTASTIC!
